Total Attendance: 15

The meeting commenced at 11:00AM with a general build session. Several members took advantage of this opportunity to work on various projects including: a frequency generator; a CNC machine; and manual stepper motor control. Les B. also brought in a collection of magazines for giveaway during this session.

At 12:00 lunch was served: pizza and soda from a local restaurant.

At 1:00 the group took a slight detour and sat in on a local student team meeting discussing their work on biodiesel. More information on their project can be found at www.ghamas.com/biodiesel

Around 2:00 the group met for ‘show and tell’. Several members talked about what they worked on during the previous build session. Another member also demoed his ‘Scribbler’ bot showing off several of its capabilities including line following and obstacle avoidance.

At 3:00 Art gave a talk on CAD software.

The meeting adjourned around 3:30pm
