The meeting commenced at 1pm by viewing the 2000 Trinity College Home FF Robot Contest video.
Next, we had introductions by Jake followed by the the usual literature and magazine giveaway.

Next we passed around the master e-mail list for updates and additions.
Club elections were held next. Scott Boynton was elected President, Walter Krawec was elected Secretary/Treasurer, and Jim will once again administer the club web site.
Jake had some stuff to giveaway - timing boards.
Marc Warren told the group that BattleBots can be seen on the Comedy Central channel (Wed 10:30pm and Sat 11:00).
Next, Marc gave a presentation entitled "Metal in your Robot". Today Marc covered drilling, tapping and cutting metal. Thanks Marc - good job.
Scott is making a fuel cell for a science fair project and he enlisted the groups help in how to drill a hole down the center of a carbon rod from a "D" cell.
Jake did a show and tell on the Dremel tool and all of the tool's neat attachments.
Bill R. told the group that a good source of brass/aluminum rods and tubing is K&S Engineering.
Scott elaborated on his fuel cell project and asked for help with a four line LCD display.
Finally we had open discussion.
